Design Your Own Merch

This is the design-your-own end of Threadheads: start with a blank piece from our range, upload your art, your text or your logo, and we print it one at a time on the same premium blanks we use for our retail graphic tee line. No clip-art templates, no scratchy promo blanks — the finished piece looks and feels like something you'd buy off the rack, because it's made the same way.

Everything You Can Design From Scratch

The range covers most of a wardrobe: the Custom Classic Tee in 200 gsm combed cotton, the heavier Custom Oversized Tee, a 340 gsm Custom Hoodie and matching Custom Sweatshirt, the cropped Custom Boxy Tee, a fitted Custom Baby Tee and Custom Longline Baby Tee, a Custom Kids Tee for small humans, and a sturdy cotton Custom Tote Bag. Every design-from-scratch piece prints front and back.

How It Works

Open any product and hit Customise. Upload your design or photos — the builder removes messy backgrounds automatically — then position, add text, and preview the finished piece before you pay. We print it to order and dispatch in 2–3 business days from the facility closest to you, in Australia, the US or Europe. Order one piece or a hundred; there are no minimums.

Making Merch for a Brand, Team or Event?

If you need a managed run — artwork help, white-label fulfilment, account terms — head to custom merch for brands and teams. And if what you actually want is your dog, your mates or your face on a shirt, that's the Custom Bootleg Tee. Not sure where to start? The custom hub walks you through both.
