Western

Western t-shirts cut from heavyweight combed cotton, with outlaw-leaning artwork drawn in-house. Dry wit, dusty palette, prints built to hold their colour wash after wash. No rhinestones, no novelty-shop nonsense.

Western T-Shirts

Cowboy culture without the costume. Our western t-shirts take the iconography of the frontier — boots, broncos, longhorns, the lone rider on the horizon — and run it through a streetwear filter: spare layouts, a dry sense of humour, a palette that looks like dust at golden hour. Most graphics are drawn in-house by real artists, with a few from artists we partner with (legendary names among them), then printed on heavyweight combed cotton that keeps its colour wash after wash. This is the western tee for people who like the myth more than the line-dancing.

Outlaw graphics and rodeo wit

The range splits into a few clear lanes. There's the outlaw side — bold, blackletter, a little dangerous — anchored by the Outlaws T-Shirt for anyone who'd rather be wanted than welcome. There's the rodeo wit: the Ain't My First Rodeo T-Shirt wears its experience lightly, and the Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy T-Shirt brings the cheek without tipping into novelty. And there's the romantic-frontier strain — open plains, wandering hearts, the pull of the road. Across all of them the design is led, never busy: confident type, clean negative space, one strong idea per shirt rather than a clip-art pile-up.

Men's and women's western tees

Western reads on everyone, so the cuts cover it. Men's western t-shirts lean into the classic regular fit — structured shoulders, a body with weight to it, the kind of tee that sits well under an open flannel or a denim jacket. Women's western t-shirts span the fitted crew and the relaxed boyfriend cut, and plenty of the line lives in oversized tees for the drop-shoulder, tucked-at-the-front silhouette that's carried the cowboy revival. Same artwork, same blank quality across the board — you're choosing a shape, not settling for a watered-down version of the design.

The garment, up close

The graphic gets the attention, but the blank does the work. We build on premium combed cotton in an AS Colour-grade weight: a dense, even surface that holds a print sharp instead of letting it sink and fuzz. Necklines are ribbed and bound so they keep their shape past the first month; the body has structure without stiffness, and it breaks in softer the more you wear it. The prints are tuned to survive real laundry — the dusty tans, faded indigos and bone-whites hold wash after wash rather than fading to a grey ghost by spring. A good western tee should look a little broken-in from day one and earn the rest honestly.

Gifts for the cowboy-coded

Western is one of the easiest themes to gift, because everyone knows someone who's gone full ranch-romantic. The country-festival regular, the line-dancing convert, the friend whose entire personality became "horse girl" overnight — there's a tee here for each. The rodeo one-liners land at birthdays; the outlaw graphics suit the friend with the quiet menace; the open-road pieces are made for whoever's always threatening to disappear into the desert. If you're not sure which sub-style fits, the design-led restraint means you can't really go wrong — none of it shouts, all of it has a point of view.

Where western sits in the wardrobe

This capsule doesn't live in isolation. The frontier aesthetic shares plenty of DNA with our retro tees — faded type, sun-bleached colourways, that worn-in americana feel — and it slots cleanly into a broader graphic tees rotation when you want one loud piece against plain denim. Aussies will spot the overlap with the wide-brim, sunburnt-country end of our Aussie t-shirts too; the outback and the wild west have always rhymed. Pick a fit, pick a graphic, and let the rest of the outfit stay quiet — the western tee is the loud one in the room.
